Richmond Excavating undertook a full removal and replacement of all asphalt paving, concrete paving, and sidewalks at Precision Ct, transforming a deteriorated lot into a durable, well-drained space.

• Complete Removal: Existing asphalt and concrete were removed due to extensive damage caused by multiple overlays and saturated subsoils, which compromised drainage and structural integrity.

• Subgrade Adjustment: The entire lot was undercut, and subgrade elevations were adjusted to improve drainage and ensure proper water flow.

• New Stone Base: Crushed stone was imported and fine-graded to create a stable foundation for the new asphalt and concrete surfaces.

• Concrete Upgrades: New curbs and sidewalks were installed, designed to meet ADA specifications and enhance accessibility.
